March 3, 2026 Park&Charge B.V. is rebranding to Qwello Netherlands as part of its continued integration into a unified European Qwello charging network, operating now from a new local headquarter in Amersfoort while maintaining the same team, services, contracts and partnerships, and reinforcing its commitment to future-proof public charging infrastructure.
Park&Charge B.V. officially announces its rebranding to Qwello Netherlands. This transition marks the final stage of its integration into the Qwello group, following the acquisition two years ago. To support its next phase of growth, the company has also relocated to a new facility in Amersfoort.
Coinciding with this move, all digital touchpoints—including our website (qwello.nl) and team email addresses—have transitioned to the Qwello brand, while all existing services, contracts, and partnerships remain fully unchanged.

This evolution comes nearly two years after Qwello’s acquisition of Park&Charge, a strategic milestone that brought together strong local expertise in the Dutch market with Qwello’s international technological capabilities and operational experience.
